Why not contact Monte of Moniker and see how you can improve the communication between both firms.

It should be beneficial for SEDO.
If you are a Moniker client and know when you buy a domain at SEDO the transfer will be quickly handle then this warm you to continue using SEDO and not shortcut SEDO to do direct deals.
