TM issues were looked at prior to buying. Most major extensions are already taken with many diverse uses. There are no trademark issues unless one tries to offer goods and services similar to current TM holders.

Timberland has dozens of obvious environmental, outdoor, lumber, building materials, eco-travel and other uses NOT associated with any current TM holders.

"Timberland" is a TM just like "Microsoft".....its not like "SUN" where it is generic and a TM at the same time.

I doubt this TM would stand if challenged, I actually own the plural.

I agree Domainut. Very astute observations Seeker and NT Jordan. Now, care to hazard a "guestimated" value?

Cheers.
