Time tracking software.

I work at a forensic company and we have a sweet web based piece of software that does:
multiple files, clients.
time and billing management.
notes for each file.
exhibits for files.
expenses for files.
domain investigative tools, ie whois, crawler spider.

My question is, are there any free tools out there. I want one for myself for my personal business. Basically everything but the exhibits and investigative tools.

Sorry for stating the obvious, but have you checked HotScripts.com ? You should be able to find the script you need there.

I never found any that suited my needs for free.

I was hoping someone had experience.
