Would you expect anything less from a columnist named Ed Anger. His stuff is worth a laugh, but I doubt anyone takes it seriously. Here are some of his other recent articles.

Sure, many articles and stories from such tabloids are funny and even hilarious, like the one about Japanese soldier found hidding in a jungle, not knowing the WWII is over, or "BLIND MAN REGAINS SIGHT AND DUMPS UGLY WIFE!'' , or the last "Time Traveller" news; those ase really kind of articles that keep the original entertainment intentions.
However the "Cowboys" article is far away from that spirit and if not in irresponsible it was at least written in extremely tasteless manner.
