I only have access to this forum to ask this question, so my apologies,...

Consider the scenario if you would,..

1 - I have own a person-name domain name for a good dozen years (unnamed)

2 - I hand regged this domain name back when one person with same name was barely 6 years old, and a son of a famous personality. (been parked on and off ever since)

3 - No trademarks exist on this name or domain name, there is currently no conflicts in trademark.

4 - This person is now 18, and there may be significant potential of this person to follow in his parents footsteps to fame.

At what risk am I??

My personal instincts tell me I own the name, have first use, and have no worries. But there is this itching worry I may be at risk in some fashion.

Any thoughts?

Interesting and very close to what I was asking for.

Thanks

i have had trademark problems... not this way but will other names..
what i did was kept it low for one year and let it expire...
