Is it a TM issue to own something along the lines of AppleMacbookAir.com? Is it also an issue to have a sub directory of lets say MyWebsite.Com/Apple-Products/Macbook-Air? What's the difference between owning the dotCom compared to putting it in the URL if both are for selling the Macbook Air? :?:

The name AppleMacbookAir.com exists because of a product called Apple Macbook Air.

What's the difference between owning the dotCom compared to putting it in the URL if both are for selling the Macbook Air? :?:
There is no difference with the exception you do not have permission to use a name and a product branded, Trademarked, Patented, Registered, and copyrighted as Macbook Air.
