hi,
i'm really confused, i saw in snap & pool ...etc some TM domains that are snapped by them & sold to other people [not the TM rightful owners] so i ask:
how this can be as i know from reading in forums that if a person has a TM domain(s) people will say "TM issue C&D letter" & say drop the TM issued domain(s)?
i'm not talking about generic domains which can have in it or consist of generic word(s) to be TM & can be used in many [diferrent] fields, i'm talking about TM names that is well known for example [just for example here i'm not talking exactly about these names] like iphone, sony, nokia...etc
thanks alot

some people don't care what other people think or say

they do what they do, and deal with the risks involved.
