Am I reading enoms offer on these new .tm regs wrong?

They want $99 per year for a minimum of 10 years?

$990.00 per name?

I see a lot of the great names are already regged in .TM. That would give some substance to the value of great English names in the new .CN ccTLD. Didn't compete for the .CN names, maybe I was wrong.

I may be all wrong again, but I seem to remember that tm doesn't mean much of anything legally. It looks official and I know people use it to give the idea of a trademark, but the real indication is an r with a circle around it. I'd love an attorneys response to this.

I read that a little differently, $99 for the 10 year period.

Good point though.

Yep it sure is. I put one in my cart and it's $99 per year - with only 10 year available.

That's a shame. I might have bought one just for the novelty of having a cool word - but not for $990.

Mercy!
