Toby Clements Scammer Still In Business? Not Paid In Full For The Domain Sold In December!

Still no reference to what specific amounts were paid back. Hundreds, thousands of dollars? 25% of what amount?
Making payments is a good start but we need the bigger picture here.

Partial payments are a typical start for a pyramid scheme.

Also, why in the world would you be happy with partial payments if no reason for this was provided by Toby? It seems quite simple to transfer money between two parties and take a percentage. What's the issue here? Tax evasion? Personal debts?

Seems Toby is still in business. I didn't even know about the whole Toby issues until I ran into this thread just now. He wrote me this morning... good thing I found this before responding. (haven't sold with him, was just about to)
