depends how much you're willing to pay. I use Mozzle Domain Name Pro. This gives you data such as alexa ranking, link numbers from google, yahoo, altavista, alltheweb, when the domain was registered (this can be changed to how many days before it expires).
You can dump domain lists into the program and it will trundle through them.
As I type, the program is making its way through a huge domain list I pulled from the net of available domains. It's up to AL in the range of 3000 domains.
