yes any registar can, but it is illegal. Unless something just real stupid happened like they expired a name that was not suppose to expired, but then you could still take it up with icann and fight for the name.

It is not legal for a registar to just take names out of your account.

Was not to sure about box when you mentioned it in the other thread. At least I did not like their site...that is why I only regged at nucleus & eurodns.
Untill now all my domains are still there...wait and see.

anyway all of my names at nucleus and eurodns are still there but first thing i did this moring was i removed all my names from sedo and now as Freddy said I am thinking of putting some sites up.

its stupid that they would start a promotion without the rules set out, and then go back and set rules afterwards. people who registered 500 are going to be royaly p'd off. especially if your left with 10 of your worst.
