I think this name is worth maybe 600k to the right buyer but as i say i think it will sell for 300k pluss i think its top lol i inquired about it a few months ago and the guy said 600k BIN.

Exactly, another issue no one says out loud is... big traffic, sure, usable non infringing traffic, Hhhhmmm . I know I would look closer before popping 6 figures on that because if that traffic is " bad " the value is incredibly lower.

The sky isn't falling at all and I would ask myself the same questions about this name in 05' 06' and 07' during booms. The fact is when I say TOP Chris what do you associate it with ? It means NOTHING and you most certainly need to brand it, big time. It is generic, so genric it ties to nothing. Heck even the word NAIL evokes thoughts of sex or nails but TOP? Come on this has gone beyond speculation and into stupidity. Furthermore if that traffic is looking for something you cannot use it for than what ? I am far from doom and gloom, more like common sense.
