Close to a year ago, I created a topsites website catered towards the Asian market. The domain, topasiansites.com, is a category killer and appropriately fits the website, which I spent over $200 to develop. The design is custom and fully unique. The website is fully functional and powered by the free Aardvark topsites script.
I have not marketed this website in anyway, so traffic is minimal. However, it gets 60% of its traffic from search engines (according to Google Analytics) because of its solid search engine rankings. The website is ranked #1 in Yahoo! and #2 in Google for the keywords "top asian sites".
Frankly, I see a lot of potential in this site but I just want to sell it and move on with other projects.
