The last time I was looking for a webhost, I tried out the HostMatch service at TopHosts.com. It's a reverse bidding service. You post your hosting needs, and webhosts reply privately with their offers.

I got some offers that weren't so great, but I also got lots of great deals that didn't appear to be available elsewhere.

If I remember correctly, I got an offer from OLM for half off any of their hosting accounts for as long as I was a customer. I couldn't find any other similar discounts from them anywhere.

It's worth a try if you're looking.
