I built TopPaws a little over a year ago with palns to build a nice comunity for pet lovers. I have sence landed a few other large projects that consume all my time. I have over $1500 invested in the site and countless hours. It's one of the nicest pet sites on the web and offers many great features including custom tutorials, theme, and graphics.

The site comes with a phpphotopost licence and a full VBulletin licence. Both are over a year old and would have to be renewed.

The site has a PR of 4 and with a little TLC it could be a very popular site.

I have desided to let it go for a BIN of $900

The site has no income but I will give the buyer a 6 month baner spot on a PR7 site as well as a banner spot on one of my other sites with over 50,000 unique a month.
