Thanks for the advice. The fact is that I go through Domaining and many more domain related websites every single day.
The reason that this post is mentioned here is that we want everyone to witness the sales that have been happening recently and some other remarkable sales of the past.
This will provide an insight and a direction of thoughts, as to what to buy.
Many may go for searching other such domains like ParisRealEstate.com, USRealEstate.com, BrooklynRealEstate.com etc. Although there are less possibilities that names like these may be available, someone may come up with their own creative names.
They may target their own geographical area with less population and sell it to local real estate developers or companies.
For example, someone may go for OrissaRealEstate.com where Orissa is a state in India, and may go for selling it for multiple hundreds or thousands of dollars depending upon the buyer they find.
