Don't fool yourself thinking that ToysRus won't take the name by force if you refuse to give it up...They are as protective as ebay and the IOC are when it comes to their trademarks.

The name is not worth the hassle....you have no basis upon which to think you'd win. If you have nothing better to do with your money, find a good charity to donate it too instead of the lawyers you'll need
