Since you found a group with the acronym TQCA, why not try to sell it to them? (A quick Google search shows that they don't seem to have a web address.) The .org version is still available, but maybe they'd shell out a few hundred for the .com. (And if you don't think they would, then why would any domain speculator want to buy this name from you?)
