tradearod.com is probably a whole lot better...Jeter will never be traded. Period. He is the heart and sole of that team.

Thanks guys. There was an ESPN.com article analysis that given Jeter's trade value/age/fact that he has peaked, it may be the right time to tyrade him. I also was thinking that baseball, yankee fans in particular, might be very fickle. A couple of down seasons by Jeter, and there may be more talk about it.

I think Jeter will be like the Steve Yzerman of baseball. One of the guys you don't trade. Fans love him, he's a great hitter and he's not making 25 Mil a year.
