Lets say I have ck0.com
Can Calvin Klein sue me for having that domain?
But what I think is your cannot trademark english letters? We can only trademark a specific design or logo?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. It's more if they have a chance of winning and if they actually would try.

English letters CAN be trademarked. You know, IBM, AT&T, and so forth. Designs and logos are a small part of things that can be trademarked.

The big question on all of this though is USAGE. Calvin Klein can have CK trademarked for clothing. If you tried to use ck0.com to sell clothing, they might have a case against you, especially if it looked like or was their clothing. If you used ck0.com for soemthing else entirely, there should be no conflict.
