Just registered this one. It's the only extension available with and without hyphens in both the singular and plural form. Most of the other ones are just parked though, so I guess that's not too great. But it has SEO potential.

I was thinking about developing it into a general TM info site with links/ads to TM lawyers.

Can anyone give me a value on this one, whether it was a decent reg, that sort of thing?
