Trademark problem

Hi,

The sent me an email from a laywer office that i have a name that it is a trademark.The question is that in other extension the name was for sale in sedo and has been sold after bidding.what should i do?they are asking me the name until Monday.Th same name is still available innextension at,ca and biz.

to make it more interest and to find some answers the domain name is with the word mozilla

They're right. Don't reg names with obvious tm in them.

For example mozilla.es has been sold in auction in sedo mozilla.biz and mozilla.ca are still available for sale in sedo
.these names arent tm?

its called Cybersquatting; Cybersquatting (also known as domain squatting)! Who cares what is selling in the market, don't be part of it! It's that simple.

I would guess that the only reason Mozilla not threaten to sue you is that Mozilla is a non-profit "nice" organization. See previous threads in "domian name legal issues" to see what "strong-arm" letters from companies look like. But it comes to it, they might get meaner.

I did not look it up, but I gather Mozilla has no other meaning in English or other major languages?
