Trademark Question tube8.com

I own the domain name tube8hd.com. One of the biggest free porn sites in the world owns tube8.com. I am wondering since I cannot find tube8 in the US trademark databass would it be illegal to sell this name. I also want to sell the name to tube8.com but am worried they may just take it. I registered this name in 2008 before tube8.com ever had any hd content on it. Please Help!

The owners of Tube8.com have no need for your domain. You wasted the registration fee.

How are you aware of this? Do you know the owners? I am not sure how you would be able to make this statment unless you are in direct contact of them. I really do not believe I wasted my registration fee.

The brand / web site is tube8. It has all the traffic. Registering tube8 + some random word does not make the new domain automatically worthy. But since you are so determined of its value just because tube8 has HD content, go ahead and try to sell it.
