1. never buy a trademarked domain that is located in ur country example: siemens, kenwood, sony

pokkemon.com (bad buy cuz nintendo is worldwide)

2. surrender a domain if it's not worth fighting 4 or if ur odds are small
just hand it over when you REALLY are challenged to court (depends on the domain name of curz)

3. always be very friendly and reasonable while negotiating try to get sumthing about it like i did with challengebank.com

Who wants to go to court to sue someone 10000+ miles far away

worst thing could happen that it gets hijacked by them
