Just got the following email:
Dear XXXXXX,
Thank you for your request. Your method of payment has been changed to the
paypal address [email protected].
Please be aware that before we are able to release payments to you, we first
need to receive the correct tax documentation from you. Since we do not have an
address listed in our records for you, I have attached both a W9 Form and a
Certificate of Non US Activity to this email. Fill out the proper form and
either email it back to me or fax it to 310-231-3373. Once we receive the
paperwork we will be able to begin processing your payments.
Also, if you could send me your address information so I can update it in our
system it would be greatly appreciated.
Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Everywhere where it says My Email and My name - I put that in. The person who hacked into my account knew my full name + username + user ID. I assume they used the email hack where they are able to send an email that looks like it came from my address, and Trafficz fell for it.
