Hi all!

Just grabbed this...

transfats.info

Due to the protests of these types of fats in foods at major "fast foood" restaurants and other venues, many cities are now starting campaigns to ban the use of transfats in cooking oils.

Wendy's was one of the first to end the use of transfats at their chains and McD's is expected to follow soon as well as KFC.

Would appreciate your opinions on usage and value.

I really like the name, and if it's built out right could be a winner.

If it's not built out though, it's not going to be worth very much. I do think more and more people, will be looking for info on transfats moving ahead. Tim
