transfer block?

Does anybody knows why netsol putted block on my domain for transfers and asking me to send them copy of my id with photo?

many thanks for any info

?? they declined transfer my domain to gd and wanting me to pay 30$+ for renewal asap!

That's weird, probably just a security measure.

Is the domain about to expire or are they asking for $30 when it has a lot of time left? They probably could verify you with the card you use to charge for the domain. I don't see the purpose of a photo ID, if they can't see you in the first place.

domain is about to expire, they asking for id to transfer, i have bought this domain from somebody, so they have no my Ccard on file

Maybe they just want the renewal fee. Some registrars do that if its too close to the renewal date and you try to transfer out.

I guess all you can do is send them the info they want or lose the domain =/
