log into your account > goto Domain Manager > Select checkbox in front of the particular domain name > Select "Account Change" in the bar just above the domain names > A screen will come asking you to enter new customer's id and email > enter that and confirm all checkboxes. Thats it. Ask whoever you are transferring to accept the incoming account change.
