Transfer .SC Domain name

Hello,

I have a .sc domain name but the registrars such as Godaddy/namecheap i wish to transfer it to do not allow .sc transfers - does anyone know a registrar which allows .sc and has nice dns editing features?

I think that Dotster allows .sc transfers.

idotz.net is my favorite .sc registrar. I have several there, and thats the place all my .sc domains end up.
