Transfer to NetSol for $15

Will you transfer your domain names to NetSol for for $15? (Just got a piece of junk mail yesterday.)

I would rather pay more for better services; but hey, there are actually registrars out there which charge less and come with that.

That's transfer only. Maintaining domains with them is expensive aroung $20 to $35. DNS, URL and other services is pay to use.
