Transferring From Pheenix

Does anyone have any idea how to initiate a transfer at Pheenix? I'm looking for information regarding both account changes and registrar changes.

Account Change - You need the user bidding alias and go to "Bulk Operations" and select Push....

Registrar Change - Go to "Bulk Operations" and select transfer out and auth code will be emailed to you...

pheenix, its good for Backorder, cheaper an GoDaddy and very successful to catch names
