I don't think it helps the cause to list an appraisal amount. I mean, how can an appraisal have any weight at all, if you are selling the name for less than 15 percent of the appraisal. And mentioning that you have declined offers at over twice the current asking price within the year is really not relevant. Doesn't make sense, either. But even if it did make sense, domain asset values fluctate considerably, so it still doesn't help.
