Hi all,

Bought this today. Please let me know what you think. Plan is to either buy PLR articles or pay for unique articles. Approximately 5-6 if paid unique articles or 10+ for PLR articles. Domain allows for flexibility in articles such as meditation, energy work, hypnosis, etc.

Google AdWords data for 'Treatment for mental illness:

Phrase search - 1600 global searches/mth @ 2.13 CPC
Broad search - 22200 global searches/mth @ 1.73 CPC

Do you want appraisals or a plan? If PLR, rewrite them to be unique as only God knows how many times they've been used before. I wouldn't pay for articles until you see the traffic and revenue. I was into the anxiety niche a couple years back and saw $2 a day from 1 org longtail like this.

Thanks for that. I'd be happy with $2 a day. Guess I was looking for an appraisal based both on the domain name itself as well as potential traffic. I'll def be rewriting any PLR's but I see potential in this one so am willing to give some of the popular Fiverr writers a chance. I only go with people who let me use 3 keywords plus have >1000 thumbsup and minimal/if any, thumbs down.
