Trier, refers to 'one who tries' and is also
the name of Germany's most historic city.

The domain gets a decent no. of daily 'type
in' hits and is not phonetically ambiguous.

Excellent name. I remember bidding for this one but didn't have enough $$$

I'm not an expert on city names, but I would say that it should be worth at least $20,000 to the right end user (for use as a city website).
