Triple.com Push

I've pushed a domain registered with triple.com to Zegaldis. The domain has left my account but does not appear in his account. Whois shows his information. Has anyone managed a successful push at triple.com? Any ideas how to solve the problem?

I have emailed triple.com but they have not replied and only have an answering machine for phone support.
