I have heard people mention it is a fake report or a "pump" in other terms.

I agree with those people, too many red flags.

As it's a press release disclosing facts and figures, I would ignore any 'white noise' from the usual GFY naysayers ;)

The only issue I have is similar names are essentially worthless except those owned and bought by 2 or 3 groups, who happen to have made this purchase too.

The second flag imo is no one in the world believes the value exists or their statement that the .com doesn't get the traffic their .xxx get...LOL do they think we are stupid?

I could literally have watched them hand $750k in cash, watch the deposit and still wouldn't buy it.

I ask myself what they have to gain by this release, both sides are now in too deep and it can only help, maybe, there may still be a few suckers left.

jmo, maybe I am wrong and tube(s).XXX is worth it! Think of the value of the other .xxx in private hands, billions of dollars floating around, Frank Schilling has made $4 billion based on the quality of his xxx names, right.

In the end I wonder who backers are in cases such as this because lets assume that it is all on the up and up, Frank spent X, this porn company spent X and so on, did they make a good investment, no.

So either they are multimillion dollar suckers, morons who thought it was worth it or in a round about numbered company way have an "interest".

Again, just my opinion, something isn't adding up.

Adult operators live in a parallel universe, and much of what they do can be incomprehensible. But there is plenty of money floating around - the particular buyers are from Europe where the adult industry is very healthy and money is at 30% premium, thanks to the euro. Every dollar spent is an investment that is based on performance, and while not every non-adult operator can afford to "test the waters" with $1.5 million of his own money like Frank, there has to be something to attract investors repeatedly.
