What is the asking price based on? It has tiny traffic, does it get any revenue? Why is the traffic going down so dramaticaly?

i am not sure why the traffic went down so much , the asking price is generaly based around what the owner wants , you could sell a lot of impressions for advertising on it as to my knowledge impressions are counted as hits .

and the owner hasnt tried generating revenue before
