Terms - Upon payment by PayPal I will start the transfer initiation from 1and1 - 1and1 have a different system which is fairly time consuming and the domains will need to be transferred to a host of your choice - you will be responsible for costs, if any.

I will supply FTP info for the buyer to copy files the his/her server. I will not interact with any transfers.

All files that are pointing to my domain (there are some shared files at www.rawkinrich.org) must be copied to the buyers server. I will take the files off eventually.
