Few questions:
1. From where did you get all these templates?
2. How do I add my own templates to the site?

The templates are from templatemonster.com, every sale you generate through your site you earn commision, everything goes through them.

As for number 2 that could be done like you normally would to any site I would think, I don't think they can be with the templatemonster ones cause as I say that's with them, but you could easily add a new section with your own personal templates.
