Tough call with the extension , I can only see real value with development as the names are not really strong enough on their own.

SouthAmerican.tv should have reasonable possibilities as it is country specific.

I personally have three actual country names but little point in asking for comments here as they are generally derogatory especially to extensions that are not bog standard ie com/net!
