According to dnsaleprice and NameBio, there have only been 3 recorded sales of 3-letter .COMs with 'TV' in it since 2001, with the most impressing being MTV.com which sold for $100k and OTV.com which sold for $110k.
The end-users for domains like this have deep pockets and I have never contacted a single end-user for this domain. There are plenty of multi-billion dollar companies to choose from (look who owns CBSTVD.com and AmericanTVD.com).

The domain is not parked, but a few days of parking resulted in around 50-70 unique visitors daily. Please contact me for more details.
