Hey I see twittle.com is coming up on bido. I wonder if I win the auction, if this name would be under a trademark violation with twitter

any thoughts?

Next we'll be seeing amazon.com filing a UDRP for amazing.com, after all they both start with amaz !

Sorry, yes I was being sarcastic. I tend to be the annoying sarcastic one around here :)

On a serious note there is no TM violation, yet if the new owner were to put twitter links on it, then who knows..

Having sold twit.org a LONG time ago, proves a point: you can't predict the future.
 
As with all domains, depends on how the new owner uses the name if there will be a conflict.
