Offers Two Jokes Sites: 400-600 Uniques Daily

Ok, I have two sites for sale www.dirtylaughs.com and www.simplyjokes.com. Both of these sites are VERY solid sites, and I assure the buyer that the traffic will remain after I am gone. For the past 6 months it has steadily grown (mainly dirtylaughs - only recently finished simpljokes) without any care from me at all - no updating, etc.

Here are the stats:

Both sites total have around 15,000 jokes pages organised into categories. It also comes with its own custom built admin script written in php http://www.whiteguysgroup.com/jokesadmin.gif is what it looks like (simple graphically, but very easy and good to use).

Some further info. DirtyLaughs is also listed in Dmoz.org and it further has some excellent ranks in the search engines. Particularly spot number 9,10 or 11 and stable for 'dirty jokes' on yahoo. Search engine traffic over a 6 month period is where most of the traffic is from, though it has also built up a good amount of bookmarkers.

Price and revenue? Well, I can't say too be honest. SimplyJokes revenue I don't even track (don't even think the sponsor is still active) and DirtyLaughs does not have accurate referrer info for the sponsor it is using. In any event it could obviously earn a hell of alot more than one banner will bring in (if it is given the time that is). Price? Well, looking for something a few hundred dollars +. Want to sell them as a package.

How easy would it be to change the look of each page? Are they template driven? Or would every single page need to be changed individually?

The pages are sadly all non-dynamic. In hindsight I should of made it PHP and just used htaccess for Search Engine purposes. Regardless though, it is pretty easy to change. Simple 'find and replaces' in dreamweaver is very quick to do, and you will be able to change the whole look of the page through it.

Ok, the monthly stats for SinplyJokes I can not provide as I have been spread out over a few servers before moving to my current one. I do have the stats from DirtyLaughs monthly however, prior to me moving hosts (I moved from server matrix to my current account). Anyway, this is what I have from before the move: www.whiteguysgroup.com/dlmonthly.gif (keep in mind the site has been active 6-8 months though I have jumped from server to server over that time so I don't have the stats prior to these two months) and this is for the current period on my current host www.whiteguysgroup.com/dlmonthly2.gif.
