I think the reseller/end-user gap is much wider.

Reseller: $1,000-2,000
End-user: $5,000+++

If you find the right buyer that just HAS to have this two letter combo then there's no cap on how much you could make if you can close the sale. On the other hand, the fact that jk.com redirects to porn will reduce the prospective value of jk.net and is a wildcard in the equation...
