Thanks JB, but like I said I am done messing with it.

btw: "IF NECESSARY" which was included in the trasfer statement, would give me reason not to transfer the name if they didn't have a TM which is what I believed at the time I posted. If they didn't have a TM on the name legal disputes wouldn't be necessary giving me no reason to transfer it.

How can I one legally deregister a domain in effect disassociating ownership from the entity yet not transferring to another party?
