There is no sure way of selling in domains auctions, any bidder can renege on a deal. Presumably most bidders are traders with letter headed portfolio. Can a deal be greatly legalised by asking for a faxed bid to the seller on letter headed company paper with signatures and position of the bidder and witness in the company or business? AJ
