When will they (U2) have their first concert there (China), now that the Stones are playing in Beijing and Shanghai? Or have they already played there? Sorry for being off topic; been a fan since their WAR album.

Yeah, I still have a U2 jacket bought from Hong Kong. But wouldn't that actually diminish its value due to the copyright thing?

IMO it would be if you own a brandname with unique spelling e.g. "microsoft.cn", "nokia.cn"
but for this case ... U2 can stands for many things, can be a music group, a shop, short form of "You too" ... could defense....

Dang, I own Marsh.cn, i hope the legal issues won't happen (to me)!
