The UDRP complainant is Invest Northern Ireland / Northern Ireland Tourist Board. This organization appears to be using DiscoverNorthernIreland.com domain name which is the reason why they need NorthernIreland.com
The domain name is owned by Mike Mann's company DomainMarket.com and is up for sale at $600,000.
There have been few UDRPs and lawsuits filed by cities, countries, and other geographical areas and most of them have been unsuccessful.
