What I find funny:

1) He's asking about this on a free forum as opposed to talking to an attorney.
2) He's proven how cheap he is by claiming he only wants to spend 0.1% of the selling price - we don't even know what the domain is.

I'm sure he'd even complain about the price of a UDRP. What? $1500??? I'm only willing to spend $15 on it!!
