The OK is seeking to nationalise the .co.uk domain name system. Is there
anyway for me to post a letter on here from UK Government to Nominet ?.
Hopefully someone will tell me how to upload a PDF file as it will not
allow me to copy and paste. To give you a tiny glimpse of the tone I would
quote the following;
"what arguments would you employ to convince my Ministers that the present
relationship between Government and the Company is appropriate in ensuring..."
end quote .
Nominet is a Private organisation and company and I wonder what the incompetent
UK Government has over them that it can write in such terms and tone.
Something is clearly afoot, perhaps privatisation.
